Lightly oil preheated grill.
Oven and grill pork ribs.
Move an oven rack near to the top of the oven.
Place the ribs over low direct heat and cook for 10 12 minutes basting with barbecue sauce every 3 4 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 170 180.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
If your ribs have a thin membrane over the bones on the backside remove by carefully sliding a knife under membrane and then peel.
